Do you need to preview the home for an estimate?

We provide staging consultations at no additional cost, however we do not need to preview the home physically to give you an estimate. Photos and/or videos along with a brief description or previous listing would work.

If we’re hired to work on your project, majority of the homes we physically walk thru to double check for measurements and confirm an aesthetic flow to your upcoming listing.

What areas do you cover?

We cover the main counties in Washington such as King County, Snohomish County and Pierce County. We’ve had projects in Gig Harbor, Poulsbo, and cities outside the counties listed. If you have a project in any of the areas that aren’t listed in the details above, a trip fee may apply. Please contact us for details.

How long is the furniture rental for?

AVIA offers a 45 day rental period. After the 45 day period, extensions are available and prorated daily or weekly to accommodate your preference.

Do we have input on the furniture?

At AVIA, we hold ourselves to a high standard and love what we do. We believe failing to prepare, is preparing to fail. This is why our projects are planned and prepped in our warehouse to put us in the best possible situation for a smooth workflow on the day of your project.

Do you offer outdoor furniture?

We offer outdoor staging if the patio has a covering due to the high quality items we carry.

How long will it take to get an estimate?

Most of the estimates are sent within hours of the consultation along with soft confirmation dates for your upcoming project.

When should i book?

Ideally 2 weeks in advance, however we’ve made the impossible happen! Please reach out to us and we’ll get the ball rolling.

I need to reschedule the staging date, is that possible?

Absolutely. Please contact us 3-7 days in advance. Please keep in mind the next staging date for your project will depend on how booked we are throughout the week.

Do you offer any other design services other than staging?

Yes! We can furnish and design your Airbnb as well as pre-sale consultations where we walk thru your home and give you a plan if you decide staging isn’t for you.
